All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has been started. If you are unhappy with the initial draft, we include one round of revisions at no additional cost to ensure the website meets your expectations.
Care plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
