Welcome to BlueWorkSites. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at blueworksites.com (the "Site") and all website design, development, hosting, and related services (the "Services") provided by BlueWorkSites, operated by Anmol Sandhu, sole proprietor ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our Site or purchasing our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
BlueWorkSites provides custom website design and development services for trade businesses and local service providers. Our Services include:
The specific scope of work for each project will be as communicated between you and BlueWorkSites via email, phone, or other written correspondence. Any work beyond the agreed scope — including additional pages, features, functionality, integrations, or design revisions beyond the one included round — may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

We aim to deliver an initial draft of your website within seven (7) business days of receiving all required information from you. However, timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by your failure to provide required information or timely feedback.
The fee for the Website Package is $599 (USD), payable in full before work begins. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
The Care Plan is billed at $79 (USD) per month, charged automatically to the payment method on file via Stripe. Billing begins upon activation of the Care Plan and recurs monthly on the same date. You may cancel the Care Plan at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice to hello@blueworksites.com. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Any work outside the original scope of the Website Package will be quoted separately. Additional work will not begin until the quote is accepted in writing (including email) and payment is received.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, use tax, or other taxes imposed by your state or local jurisdiction in connection with your purchase of our Services.
If a recurring Care Plan payment fails, we will notify you and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within fourteen (14) days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend hosting services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
A project is considered "started" once we begin building your website, which typically occurs within 24–48 hours of receiving your payment and business information. If you request a cancellation before work has started, we will issue a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Once work on your website has started, no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with the initial draft, one (1) round of revisions is included at no additional cost. We are committed to delivering a website you are satisfied with, and most concerns can be resolved through the revision process.
You may cancel the Care Plan at any time by sending written notice to hello@blueworksites.com. Cancellation takes effect thirty (30) days after we receive your notice. No refunds are issued for any partial billing period. Upon cancellation of the Care Plan, we will provide you with your website files (HTML, CSS, and any assets) so that you may arrange your own hosting. We are not responsible for hosting or maintaining your website after the Care Plan is cancelled.
If you believe there has been an error in billing or have a concern about your project, please contact us at hello@blueworksites.com. We will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
You retain all ownership rights to the content, materials, images, logos, and trademarks you provide to us for use in your website ("Client Content"). By providing Client Content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of performing the Services and as described in Section 4.3 below.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website files (HTML, CSS, and related assets) created specifically for your project ("Deliverables"). This ownership does not extend to any pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, or design systems owned by BlueWorkSites that may be incorporated into your website. We retain all rights in and to such pre-existing materials, and you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use them as part of your website.
You agree that we may display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials, including on our Site and social media, as an example of our work. A small "Built by BlueWorkSites" credit link may appear in the footer of your website. If you wish to have this link removed, please contact us and we will remove it at no charge.
You represent and warrant that all Client Content you provide does not infringe on any third party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the content you provide (see Section 9).
If you subscribe to the Care Plan, we will host your website on our infrastructure (currently Cloudflare Pages). We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
If you do not subscribe to the Care Plan, you are solely responsible for arranging your own website hosting. We will provide your website files upon request.
Registration, renewal, and management of your domain name is your responsibility unless we have explicitly agreed to assist you with this in writing. We are not responsible for domain registration issues, expiration, or transfer disputes.
The Care Plan includes minor monthly content updates, such as changes to business hours, service descriptions, phone numbers, and the addition or replacement of photos. Significant structural changes, new pages, or added functionality are not included and may be quoted separately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these acceptable use terms.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE A WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICE PROVIDER. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BUSINESS RESULTS, SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, OR RETURN ON INVESTMENT. THE SUCCESS OF YOUR BUSINESS DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUEWORKSITES, ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueWorkSites and its owner, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in the jurisdiction where you reside, provided the claim falls within the jurisdictional limits of the small claims court.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND BLUEWORKSITES EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by notifying us in writing at hello@blueworksites.com, subject to the refund and cancellation terms in Section 3.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if continuing to provide Services would expose us to legal liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services ceases. If you have paid in full for a completed Website Package, you retain ownership of the Deliverables as described in Section 4.2. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlueWorkSites regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any term shall not be deemed a continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, power failures, pandemics, or labor disputes.
All notices to us should be sent to hello@blueworksites.com. We may send notices to you at the email address associated with your account or project. Notices are deemed received when sent to the email address on file.
The relationship between you and BlueWorkSites is that of independent parties. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and BlueWorkSites.
The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and Services.
